Your data and deleting your account

We store your account details, study activity and billing status so your progress and subscription work. We do not sell personal data and we do not run advertising trackers.

To delete an account and its data, email support@poomio.com from the account's email address, or use the contact form. A parent can request deletion for a linked student. Some billing records are kept where the law requires it.
