Terms of Service

Poomio provides online Digital SAT preparation: adaptive practice questions, mock exams, an AI tutor, study plans, flashcards and progress tracking for students and their parents. Features may change or be improved over time.

• You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure.
• Students under 18 should use Poomio with a parent or guardian's permission; users under 13 may not register directly.
• A parent account may create and manage linked student accounts and can view those students' progress, usage and billing.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.

• The Free plan includes a limited daily allowance (currently 5 practice questions and 10 AI tutor messages per day).
• Poomio Pro is offered at $14.99 per month or $143.99 per year and includes a 7-day free trial, limited to one trial per account.
• Unless cancelled before the trial ends, the subscription automatically converts to a paid plan and renews automatically until cancelled.
• You can cancel any time from the billing portal; access continues until the end of the paid period already billed.
• Upgrading from monthly to yearly takes effect immediately with proration; downgrading from yearly to monthly takes effect at the next renewal.
• If a renewal payment fails, Pro features are suspended and the account returns to the Free plan.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown in US dollars and may exclude taxes that we are required to collect. We may change pricing for future billing periods with notice; your current period is not affected.

• Do not share, resell or publish Poomio content, questions or explanations outside the service.
• Do not share an account with people outside your household, or attempt to bypass usage limits or entitlements.
• Do not scrape, reverse engineer, disrupt or attempt unauthorised access to the service.
• Do not use the AI tutor to generate unlawful, harassing or harmful content.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

Poomio and its content, software and branding remain our property. You receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the service for your own test preparation. Work you create in the app (notes, answers, flashcards) remains yours.

Poomio is a study tool. Score predictions are estimates based on your in-app performance and are not a promise of results. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to College Board.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

You may stop using Poomio and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access for breach of these terms, non-payment, or where required by law.
