Trial, upgrading, switching and cancelling

Starting the trial

Choose a plan on the Pricing page and complete checkout. You are not charged during the 7-day trial. If you cancel before it ends you pay nothing.

Switching plans

• Monthly to yearly upgrades take effect immediately, with the unused part of the month credited.
• Yearly to monthly downgrades take effect at your next renewal — nothing changes until then.

Cancelling

Open Billing and cancel there or through the customer portal. You keep Pro until the end of the period you already paid for, then the account returns to Free. Your progress, mistakes and flashcards are all kept.

Failed payment

If a renewal fails, Pro is suspended and the account drops to Free. Updating your card in the billing portal restores access straight away.
